Sam's Final Christmas Dinner & Fundraiser for Feb Trip

You are invited to join us on our Final SAM Christmas Dinner. Over 100 tickets are gone already. We encourage you to come as we look back over all the work that has been done since we first got involved. There will be a gift of a book to each family which tells the story of SAM. If The Charity has meant something to you then please write me a few lines saying why and we can include it in the book. All submissions need to be in by the 30th of Sept.

To book a ticket please let me know ASAP. Tickets are £22.50. This event is being sponsored by 2 People so your ticket money can be treated as a gift and if you pay tax you can gift aid it.

There will be a 3 course dinner Lentil soup, Turkey with all the trimmings and sticky toffee pudding.

Doug of Shering weighbridges will then speak we will then have an auction with great prizes. It looks like 3 holidays have been donated. A Videographer for a day. One firm are donating 2 of their painters for 2 days to paint someone;s home. Everyday people are calling with their donations. Looks like the best auction yet.

For those still wanting to party a disco will start about 11. Room rates are available at reduced prices if you want to stay. Join us all for breakfast and swim to finish the next morning.

I believe it will be a wonderful evening and we would love to have you there to celebrate with us.
